Congratulations CTEC Graduates!

CTEC QQI Healthcare Graduates

Well done to all CTEC Graduates who received awards at the Annual Presentation of Awards Ceremony on Monday 3rd December at Clayton Whites Hotel, Wexford. Graduates received QQI awards at levels 5 & 6 in Healthcare, Childcare, Training & Development and Business Studies.

Leader of the Labour party Brendan Howlin TD addressed the group, commending the graduates on their achievements, on reaching their goals and wishing them every success in the future.  He also recognised that  support from family members was vital to all those syudying for a new qualification.  Daragh Solan from Deptartment of Justice & Equality – ESF funds – also congratulated the graduates, many of whom are now fully qualified healthcare or childcare assistants with new careers, all thanks to funding received through the Department and ESF.  Darragh commented that the programme provided by CTEC had given participants the opportunity to embark on a new career with their QQI major award qualification.  Graduate Carol Clarke also addressed the gathering, sharing her learning journey with the group and thanking the course tutors for their support over the last 18 months.

90 Graduates receive QQI major Awards

In all 90 learners received major awards and certificates, supported by their families and friends. It was a fabulous night of celebration.  CTEC Manager Pat Howlin and CTEC Training Manager Rachel Tucker also spoke at the event, congratulating the learners on their achievements and commending the course tutors for their professionalism and dedication to their learners.
